Fast and Accurate Design Powered by BIM

Hitachi Architects & Engineers uses BIM (Building Information Modeling) in architectural, facilities, and structural design. This approach digitally and centrally manages each process, enabling faster response to changes and improved accuracy and quality. We also visualize work for more intuitive reviews, making sharing images with clients smoother and expediting project progress. In the construction phase, we apply BIM for process management and quantity takeoffs, as well as maintenance and renovations after completion. Environmental simulations of daylight, ventilation, energy, and more are also performed using BIM, resulting in enhanced building sustainability from the earliest phases of our designs.
